How Much it will Cost you

Posting on our portal is FREE. Depending on the category, you could post 4 photos for each advertisement. Your posting will remains in the portal for 6 months.

What you will be Entitle to

Being an Agent, you will receive notification of potential buyer's request from us. When a potential buyer register to our eNotification, we will distributes his/her criteria to you. You will receive an email containing the contact information of the potential buyers, you could either contact them directly or post your property on our website, which we will update these potential buyers new posting that match their criteria.

What you need before posting

Be prepare before you start your posting, these are the things that you will need:

1. Prepare a brief description of your unit/room.

2. If you intend to post photos on your advertisement, get ready the photos. We     only accept Jpeg or Gif format and the photo should not be larger than 300x300     pixels, else we will shrink it to fit that size.
(Don't have the photos now? Post the ad first and then MMS the photos to us when you have it or get your client to do it.)
